Trial
The trial is free and will always be free — no fee is charged for it under any circumstance. It runs for 7 days and ends when either 2 GB has been reclaimed or 30 deletions have been performed, whichever comes first. No card is required.
Licence term and expiry
Ekatva Personal licences run for 365 days from activation. This is time-limited access, not a perpetual licence: the application locks when the term expires.
Machine binding
Every licence key is machine-bound: it activates on one computer. A key cannot be shared across devices.
Free-of-charge supply
Under clause 6.2, the licensor's liability for the free trial is nil, on the basis that no fee is ever charged for it. This limitation applies only to the free trial and does not affect statutory rights on paid licences.
No warranty of recoverability
Deletion performed by Ekatva is immediate and permanent and bypasses the Recycle Bin. The agreement does not provide for undo, restore or rollback of any deletion.
Governing agreement
Where anything on this site conflicts with the full text of EULA v1.2, the EULA governs. Contact the Grievance Officer named on the contact page with any question about these terms.
