Nothing leaves the machine
Scanning, hashing and deletion all run locally. Only a hashed machine fingerprint, an optional email, and a count of deletions and space reclaimed reach the activation service — never client file names, paths or contents.
GST invoices: not yet

One licence per machine
Ekatva Personal is ₹299 for the first year on one PC. Licence each workstation that will run Ekatva individually — every key is machine-bound.
Deletion is permanent — plan your review accordingly
On a shared client drive, run the scan, then have someone who knows the folder structure review the duplicate groups before reclaiming. Deletion in Ekatva bypasses the Recycle Bin and cannot be undone.
