The refund window and eligibility conditions below are marked [REFUND_WINDOW] pending confirmation, so this page does not state a figure that isn't confirmed. This page will not contradict the sole-and-exclusive-remedy clause of EULA v1.2 once that figure is set.

The trial

The trial is free — there is nothing to refund. It simply ends after 7 days or its usage caps, whichever comes first.

Paid licences

Refund eligibility for Ekatva Personal is: [REFUND_WINDOW] from date of purchase, subject to the conditions in EULA v1.2. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.

Renewals

Ekatva Personal renews at ₹399 for a further 365-day term. Renewal is never automatic and nothing is charged on its own: to renew, you buy and activate a licence for the next term.
